Counselling & Psychotherapy for Children, Young People & Families

I am an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist specialised in working with children and young people (MA Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy for Children, Adolescents and Families from the University of Roehampton).

I have over two decades experience working with children, young people and adults in education, mental health and community settings. I tailor sessions for each individual, drawing on a range of approaches. Not being limited by one theoretical viewpoint allows me to work with clients in a non-judgemental, collaborative and creative way.

I currently work with children and young people aged 4-25, and their parents/carers.

Challenges I can help with include:

Anxiety and panic attacks   ~   Depression   ~   Low self-esteem   ~   School issues   ~   Family conflict   ~

Gender and sexual identity issues   ~   Bereavement   ~   Self-harm   ~   Disordered eating   ~   Trauma
